Very toxic environment especially from someone who is in the leadership position. No recognition for the hard work. No work-life balance - can’t take your time off. No career progression (even though they claim they do) Gap in the compensation practices (someone gets a 2% increase one year, someone doesn’t get anything for a couple of years). Impossible to negotiate. Internal politics… Terrible health care benefits (they switched to a different insurance and increased the cost)
