Pros

- Support - I loved the strong support network when I first started. This included regular catch ups with senior management and detailed mentoring on how to deliver the sales pitch. - People - I like coming to work to see my colleagues everyday - a great bunch of people to work with. Everyone is willing to help you and open to new ideas. High performance is rewarded well. - Product - Its nice to work with a product that I truly believe in and that genuinely helps our customers. - Growth - the business is growing exponentially and it’s so exciting to be a part of that.

Cons

- The UK office location is great but the building is a bit old (although you get free food, beer, treats etc.).

Pros

I'm really excited to have joined the Movable Ink team. The team has a really positive, can-do attitude and are really passionate about customer success. The company is growing fast, this is a great place to be working now.

Cons

There is so much opportunity - it can be hard to know what to focus on next, this can be a opportunity and a challenge.

Unexperienced management - EMEA in decline

Pros

Great technology and a lot of potential, specifically in EMEA. Up until recently, the team was excellent!

Cons

Management. "Global" sales management is extremely unexperienced. Micro-managing people shows that. EMEA for them seems more of a burden which comes apparent by the lack of interest shown in the region or the staff. No knowledge about the region, its needs and specifics. Typical US approach of "what works here works everywhere". Haven't seen so many people leaving or being managed out of a company in such a short time. Even hired two people in other regions and left them hanging out to dry. Team used to be very cool but the culture, (or rather the lack of) and the spirit has dropped significantly in Europe. Definitely think about joining Movable Ink or reach out to ex-staff in London before making a decision.
