This is an ok place to work for those individuals who have just graduated college, but my advice would be to get in, put in your 6 months to gain experience, and then get out ASAP.

Cons

They don't value their loyal employees They never give raises They ask their employees to take a 60% pay cut and expect them to be ok with it. They feed you a line of garbage, stating that they value you, then turn around and stab you in the back.

Is a good starting point but the company does not care about it's employees and it is very hard to go anywhere in the company.

Cons

No one cares about you as an asset to the company.
