Pros

It's not just a "slogan" when your managers to tell you to keep your life balance, they really mean it. For the first time, I eventually can say I have a balance life for my career, my family, and for myself. People here do the best to work smarter rather than just work harder. Most of people here are happy and choose grow together with the company because the company is willing to invest in people! (Attrition rate is low.)

Cons

The team work in MOXA is very great, and the compnay do show a lot of respect to the employee. However, sometimes the decision making process may take longer time and slow down the operation efficiency because the management level are too thoughtful.

Pros

Friendly people and working enviorment. Great culture and core values. Good work/life balance. Lots of growing opportunities.

Cons

Communication between HQ and BUs sometime is poor, still room to improve. As a company going globalization, think globally act locally need to be implemented into daily operation.

Pros

Coming from large enterprise company, I am glad to work with MOXA now as it is a privately owned small/mid sized company. Values are not only words on a marketing flyer, but can be experienced in daily life. Basically everybody knows the senior management personally and can share concerns and ideas. However, large product portfolio and multiple market segments provide a wide diversity of interesting work areas. As MOXA is growing year by year significantly, there is plenty of interesting tasks to be done.

Cons

From my point of view MOXA can improve on finding the right priority and level of detail for business processes. Currently, certain processes seem to rather slow down and create questions than ease daily life.
