Pros

Great people, culture and values. Solid product and solution portfolio and roadmap for industrial ethernet and automation. Significant investment in R&D and customer service. Very promising growth prospects.

Cons

The already extensive product and solution portfolio is growing all the time. It is a challenge to keep up with the rapid pace of innovation. A nice challenge to have though!

Great spirit and good relations between employees. Good products that make you willing to promote it. Managers really care about employee development.

Cons

Sometimes to much paperwork and approvals. internal IT systems not friendly enough. Cross BU communication is not always smooth.
