Integrity, mutual respect, customer focus and execution are company core values that each employee bears in mind and do it in daily works. Very very low political problems within this company, everyone concentrates on his works. Outdoor activity, sports and relevant activities are strongly promoted in company, you can go to the intranet and join what you like.

Cons

It takes sometime to communicate and reach aggreement. there is room to improve effieciency and execution.

Find the balance among work, sports day,family day,SI Club,MOXA cyling,Reading hour,birthday party and so on

The executionand team work in MOXA is very great. However,ther is always room for improvement such as in decision making time and operatin effciency.
