Great colleagues, fun employee perks. Overall management is honest and looks out for employees

No clear direction for the company. Segmented with multiple presidents who have conflicting thoughts on where the company should go. Slow to make decisions.

There are good - in the paper - benefits, however you look benefits or enjoy your work day?

Cons

Middle management is only looking his/her personal goals not the team goals or employee's satisfaction. They are waiting and waiting for retirement only: the minimal effort law. GM always wants to be the smarter in any meeting, saying the last words with no option for employees debate. But, in many occasions he seems to be all the opposite, specially when he speak with customers. Employees compensation and benefits don't balance the lack of management with the team.
