Can negotiate pay Location okay

Cons

Onboarding done after you join so can cause headaches trying to follow up with India group back and forth Senior Management is not Proactive mainly reactive leaving you frustrated. Projects end abruptly often. They may say full time job but it's a contract job that can be cut short and happens more often then not.
