Pros
Work culture is great and seniors are very supportive. There are very few development projects and if you get those it would help your career a lot. There are projects regarding nlp, chatbots and other new technologies which are very challenging and interesting. Overall it depends on how fast you get your project in which you are tagged.
Cons
For some freshers, its hard to get there first project after completion of training. Some of my friends did not get tagged in a project for more than a year after training. Which really is disappointing. Most of the projects are support projects. Compared to other mnc's fresher salary packages are less.
