1. no pressure(atleast in my case :P) 2.gud office space 3.very gud leave policy 4. no fixed 9 hrs login-logout duration.

Cons

1. Doesn't have much project as of now 2.Admin not very prompt 3.Bench policy not good 4.Systems provided are old 5. not good for freshers if you are in practice team 6.Bond policy not flexible

Cons

less opportunity to change technologies. less chance of developing and improving technical skills bad bench policy changing the hr policies day by day for the worse interms of employee satiisfaction

Degree of freedom to the employees are comparatively higher. Easy working environment. Job Security.

Cons

Compensations are not fair enough. Very less percentage of salary increment - that too annually. No work preference - Employees suffer getting stuck in the locations they never wish to be in. Company policies were not stable - Every change they bring in it affects the lower level employees.
