Great working environment but if you get into project

Initial days was too good about training and test everything was ok but project was less and allocation will be late due to bench policy there will be always tension for proj but it's a better platform to upgrade self.

Cons

Lack of projects and activities. If we know the managers and regular interaction there will be a chance to get project.
