Salary on time. No work pressure.

Cons

A lot of cons. Employees cannot switch projects easily. If you get stuck in a project which uses legacy technology then you will not get exposure to latest technologies. Too much bureaucracy. Hikes are rare. Managers tend to micro manage sometimes. Some seniors don't have any domain knowledge.

Good for starting job, if you are new to the field.

Cons

The company does not seem to value the individual person just looks at them as a number. You will be shuffle between places and find there's a lot of miscommunication in this company. The quality in benefits are lacking.
