* This company will get only thrown out project because the competitors won't even consider this as a company. * HR people, they won't even know what is happening inside their company. * They'll give hike whenever they wish. * There is no structure in the management. * They don't have any standard policies, just like that they'll change their policies. * If you are a fresher or experienced, don't even choose this company for your career. * Zero employee benefits. * They'll cheat you by providing less percentage in variable pay eventhough the company performs good. * True colors of this organization came into existence during this corona pandemic. * One of the top leader from the organization said like it is not necessary to give hike every year according to their company policy. * It better to be jobless rather than working in this company. * Their financial process will work like government, but they want their working process alone to be rapid in nature. * There are certain managers where they'll take your allowance without even working. *During this pandemic, even level 3 companies provided broadband reimbursement but this poor company want their work to get completed with their employee's power supply, but this beggars won't give money for the reimbursement. *They'll crush you with works but they won't give hike.
