Pay you without giving any project! Happy ? you will die for projects later.

Cons

They are hiring for Support , BPO role, nothing else full of BAKWAS.. hardly you will find development positions. No proper communication with managers, Un-organized structure, no value for employee. I Suggest don't join MNC especially this company..do join startup and build your career.

If you work for HP R&D you will get good skill Set, you can use this to get another job outside.

Cons

There is a lot of politics. Upper management is sitting there for years together and rotting away in that position- giving way to too much politics and no new developments. Managers are ego stroked and take all the benefits for themselves, cause that’s how the politics works. No use of staying here for more than 2 years. Pay is very very low. No good Hikes or incentives.
