1. Good Technology and Work 2. Very Good Work-Life balance 3. Handsome allowances (ex:shift) 4. Managers are easy going and very helpful

Cons

Management should immediately work on the salary policy of existing company members instead of hiring people from outside with double the salary. Salary of freshers and long term employees are too low as compared to standard market.
