      Pros

      Nothing actually. Best of the things the company can provide you is that you get paid every month. Quality of work is not an issue. Can do good only if you are choosing it as an Interim job while planning to change course of your career.

      Cons

      Career destroyer. Bad management. Worse Policies. Even Worse Learning Experience. No growth. No annual increment. No Recognition, No appreciation for the work. Like a "black hole"..keeps pulling your career downwards.

      Pros

      Good company to work for if its an interim job or you're planning to go for higher studies. Barely any work load

      Cons

      No fixed policy. The company goes back on its word all the time. No structure or organization. Salary is below industry standards and there is no policy for hikes. Appraisal or hikes are not based on performance. Everyone gets the same rating irrespective of the work. Filled with people who do not work at the mid and low level management positions
