- Most Project managers I worked with were helpful. - Wok-life balance was pretty good. No overburden or extra work.

Cons

- Bench policies aren't good. You can be on no salary after 2 - 3 months on bench, depending on your rating. - No or bad transport facilities, depending on the location and project you work on.
