There is a lot of politics. Upper management is sitting there for years together and rotting away in that position- giving way to too much politics and no new developments. Managers are ego stroked and take all the benefits for themselves, cause that’s how the politics works. No use of staying here for more than 2 years. Pay is very very low. No good Hikes or incentives.

Main issue is salary... All the fresher's in other MNC's are getting base salary 3.5LPA. But mphasis is offering 2.5LPA where your take home is 17126 per month. Other MNC's will be getting variable pay as 12.5k to 15k..... Here they will give 1.4k as your variable pay. They takes one extra month to promote you... I don't know why extra month? I think they are cost cutting like this, giving late promotion or hike. Now fresher's in other MNC's are getting 4LPA. So other MNC's started giving bonus to fresher's who joined for 3.5LPA . But mphasis started giving 3.25LPA for fresher, they don't think about yourself, even you are 1 year experienced and getting 2.5LPA. they won't give you hike or bonus like other MNC's. Everyone knows mindtree is a competitor to mphasis, the things what mindtree do to there employees, mphasis can't match with them. My training batch is of 40 members,in which only 15-17 are working now, everyone left after seeing the salary. Worst part is my friend and I got offer in mindtree, I have offer in mphasis also. Last I went to mphasis, he joined mindtree. He got bag on the next day of induction and many more things. Almost 1 year got finished, till now I didn't get any extra thing rather than my 17126 salary each month. I think mphasis can't afford.
