Good environment to work. If you are lucky to get deployed in a good project under a good manager and team lead, then you can learn everything that is required for a fresher to start their career

Cons

The team that I was working on was, unfortunately, not so great. I quit the job because there were no projects at the time, and management started cutting my salary by 50% after just few months of being on the bench.
