No increments No proper policies I joined as a fresher after training I moved to the client but due to an unfortunate situation our client disclosed and hasn't found any project and as per policy we resigned with no bothers, The bench team used to say no opportunities from the client for the candidates below 3 years, no training is provided at least during our tenure on the bench. No refunds/cash back are provided for the candidates who are on the bench. As per bench policy, candidates will be on sabbatical leave i.e. with 0 pay for 4 months, due to this our careers are ruined.
