For a fresher: - You will get good training on any technology at Mangalore for a period of 3 months. - Good exposure in terms of technology and work.

Cons

- No proper appraisal process for freshers. - No good hike just 2 - 5 percent for freshers even after spending 2 years with the organisation. - No on job training.

Job Security is good compared to other companies flexible working time arrival of new projects and also many internal openings(many ppl are going out and so many openings coming in)

Cons

No proper salary No hike Sucking the blood of each and every employee politics inside teams and management Still showing recession as a reason for poor hike
