Work Life Balance depends upon the project and work. Sometimes we have to stretch our work hours.

Depends on which project you are in .

Cons

No appraisal hikes after you join .If you ask managers, they will say even they didnt get hike for years or so. No bench policy . If a project end date is june 30th , you are expected to attend interviews before 30th and get selected otherwise your salary will be cut in off . And after 2months no salary . If you suffer in a project and try to negotiate with your project DM . Its no use , they will say will try to help but nothing will happen.

Hi Mphasis had been my Second Company, and it has been a wonderful experience as an Individual. I Love the way the system works here simple and Specific. I had a Great Experience with my Manager and Team!! Overall, Am Lucky to be part of such a Company. Thanks for all the support!!
