Pressure depends on project to project - overall its great to work, people here listens to issues, in projects in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore - good culture is there.Mphasis gives good hike at the time of joining but no hikes after joining, even my manager didnt recieved hike from last 5 years.

Cons

In some projects in hyderabad - managers only wants you to say YES SIR, OKAY Sir, and they scold even the senior resources for minor things - and these seniors also trained in buttering , you will see them saying yes sir , okay sir, sorry sir.

If we are working with JPMC project like direct employee, then you will be good in most of the aspects like work timings, interaction with clients etc

Cons

If you are working with Mphasis team for some client (ex, JPMC), then work culture will be not good.
