one or two good clients, if you get to work for these clients will be better.

Cons

No employee-friendly On exit, will not help Don't care about employee needs. Admin wants you to submit ID card even if you are dying also

Pros

There is a lot of learning opportunity within the organization. They have an internal program TalentPro where they invite employees to upgrade their skill set and give an opportunity to get a lateral movement within the skilled domain. It has a work-balanced life and no pressure. What is important is to deliver the project on its schedule.

Cons

Apart from perks and benefits, I don't see any major cons at the organization level.
