      1) Management hierarchy is easy approachable. 2) Long relationship clients.

      Cons

      1) Career growth is slow since no of onsite client is limited . 2) Annual revision was negligent or Nothing. 3) HP channel projects have high billing rate on clients.

      Get to work and learn multiple technologies. Management encourages employees to learn latest technologies and creat POCs

      Cons

      Not all projects involve excellent development work. Work from home policy is not good (10 in an year only)

      Bad policies for FT employees

      Pros

      None that i can think off apart from getting paid your salary

      Cons

      No job stability, no bench because its all dependent on your project and client FT employees dont get much benefits at all.. Very high deductible for medical and no 401k match and no salary raises All bonuses, benefits are reserved for the leadership and their reports
