My role was at a client location directly, so I have no idea what working at Mphasis directly means. However, the very minimal interaction with the mphasis management was fine and there was nothing to cause any problem in the first place.

Cons

Hikes are very poor, I hardly got 9% over two years. Even the quarterly performance component was not paid properly although I was in a niche market competency.

Co-workers are friendly in general

Cons

Delivery Org operates solely on staff org basis with old managers at the helm (zero leadership qualities) You will be a full time employee but treated as a contractor based on their policies Delivery/org managers manipulate/scape goat mid/lower level employess to either save their job or cover up for their errors/mistakes Dont join as an FTE if you need job stability, they will remove you even if you have good performance and project died because of other business reasons of hire and fire when project is over and there is no new project in 15 days Unstable job environment as there are no new projects/sales .. only staff aug
