Was a full time employee with them for 3.5 years No work pressure as such Nice work environment. Nice place to learn Web technologies

Cons

Less Hikes Promotion hikes are also not great. Policies change almost monthly twice. HR partners do not get in touch with employees often. In Bangalore projects are almost closing very quickly. Bench policies are bad.

Cons

Bench policy - I was in bench for 1 month, later decided to quit the org . If you are not getting placed in right time your salary will be revised and getting job outside is difficult . Job security- Not secured due to company bench policy. Hike - not really good but ok.
