Pros
1) Good learning experience for freshers. 2) Management friendly to freshers and especially female employees. 3)Good hikes if you are smart to show your work. 4) Managers keep advising if they feel you can do much better.
Cons
1) Management likes to see sitting at your desk even if you don't have work. 2) Even if you work like a dog but don't interact well with manager you are in big soup. 3)Cab facilites suck up. 4)Shifts changes too often and management expect you to work in week-offs. 5)No personal life
