Pros
The work culture carried over from EDS: no dress code, flexible work timings, work from home option in some projects, full internet access.
Cons
The company does not have a very strong process-framework in place. Most of the employees belong to BPO/Service Desk. Long term career prospects are bleak. Most people who have spent a substantial amount time in the company do not have commensurate roles and responsibilities. Most of all, employee engagement within the departments/verticals is lacking. Look elsewhere if you are looking for abroad opportunities (especially true if you happen to be in Infrastructure vertical).
