1. Good company 2. Good hikes 3. Good projects and chance to learn technologies 4. Good Policies 5. Good chance to apply H1B after 1 year and if you get Visa, company gives opportunity to go to USA for long term assignments 6. Good Employee Engagement events 7. Provides learning courses and opportunities

Cons

1. Bench Policy is complicated and not employee friendly 2. Annual increment is below average 3. Promotions are too difficult

Was a full time employee with them for 3.5 years No work pressure as such Nice work environment. Nice place to learn Web technologies

Cons

Less Hikes Promotion hikes are also not great. Policies change almost monthly twice. HR partners do not get in touch with employees often. In Bangalore projects are almost closing very quickly. Bench policies are bad.
