If you work hard and if you have good relation ship with Managers you can grow has big brand behind

Cons

Bench policy is very bad, No proper policy to retain its existing employee, Least bothered about employees, Salary hike is very less, Manager oriented company, i.e if manager/DM thinks to fire you, you are done.

Good for freshers; not much pressure for them. RMZ will pull you in one or the other project. You shall always have an account.

Cons

Short term projects. Salary Hike is very less, even though you get consecutive 4 ratings (out of 5) at many appraisals. New Service Agreements are worst; you need to sign that for H1B VISA Processing.
