      Worst place to work

      Pros

      1. Best place for Brahmins and Kannadikas. 2. Best place for Managers, nothing to worry and no need to track project, just enjoy life.

      Cons

      1. Worst place for other than Brahmins. 2. Lot of politics and worst management. 3. Low salary, Even beggar may earn more than ASE. 4. Worst employee treatment, good escalation system for each and everything, but no one fixes/resolves the issue.

      Pros

      if you are not working on any project then no need to come office tell some of your frnd to login in their m/c. Good for those who don't want to work. If you are working in small firm and want to take the brand then you can go wid it.

      Cons

      If you are on bench for more then three months...then your salary will be half. Management is very poor. No transperiency All the internal sites are designed very badly.No use of that. HR section is worst.

      Work-Life Balance is there.Full salary is fixed. Gud take home. transport is bad. For those, who just want work life balance and no career can come and join.

      Cons

      not gud for freshers, they don't get projects easily. progressions are difficult. No onsite as all onsite is HP. So, decide.
