Cons

Very bad management. They do not care employee if you are working in client place as long as you billable. Very bad bench policy.

Good environment Nice people Good work life balance because of nice work from home policy.

Cons

Bench policy is bad Leas projects. They make you sit on bench and finally due to bad policy you have accept stupid job profile. Bad salary hikes.
