you are not going to get 1 cent increment in your salary despite your results, H1B is a tool for them they know employee can not leave due to H1B situation. and irony is they are still hiring

There are a lot of opportunities to grow and learn new things. As I have seen the management is very supportive when it comes to this, you get recognized for your work, you get credit where credit is due.

Cons

The pay is not that good. They might pay you well for a good position if you are coming from a different company, but then hikes are not that good, you got to be exceptionally good, and prove that they need you to get good hike.
