I thought of leaving organization, but they lured me with Onsite lollypop, and asked me to sign agreement, if have paid 1.5Lac to leave this organization, they Trie to retain employee by forcing them in agreement, So many people are facing problems because of this agreement 5. Management won't respond to any of your queries, there is no transparency 6. You won't get any support from management

There has been no appraisal in the past few years. Variable pay is not being paid. It's as if we are working for the same pay we were hired with, regardless of how long we have been with Mphasis.
