      None that is worthy of mention

      Lot of cons salary is low benefits are negligible no job security delivery managers are just for name sake and play no role in career progression or support or provide encouragement, they hardly speak with you HR is the worst , they dont care about any issues bought to their attention also h1b dependent company with no projects (just contract roles at client site)

      Not much pros working here apart from having a job that pays

      you need to take up any role/technology to become billable you cant make any career here unless u join in leadership position zero raises .. zero growth.. shadow policies.... h1b not advised to join as there is no employee employer relationship on client sites.. you re directly working with client as no full projects
