      None that I can write down.

      Cons

      No Proper Career Opportunities, if you are in niche skill. No proper channel of communication between Employee and Management. Don't fall in their Green Card Bluff. They will hire you for a project of max 4-6 months, and promise you that they will raise GC after 1 year, but the truth is, they don't even do H1 Visa Extension. The Company gives good Salary, but will ruin your career.

      Good employer, great place to work. Ethical - strict on compliance. able to trend with the market and grow. Provides opportunities to grow internally.

      Cons

      Internal tools are not user friendly , and some policies extend turn around times for things that should be easily performed. Too much leadership turn around.
