Pros

There is not a lot of intervention on a daily basis that prohibits or inhibits doing work in the company you were placed. On site manager is helpful when needed and delivers what he has given his word to deliver.

Cons

it's an offshore company so the language and cultural barriers need to be navigated. When asking for assistance frustration levels seem high. Administrative processes are duplicated. Communication is not consistent leading up to the point of needing to execute. Seems like they are a new company just getting their processes and procedures straight.
