Used to be a great organization but not anymore

Started as a fresher in the organization and had learnt a great deal working with best colleagues and clients

Cons

No communication about Yearly hikes or VPP anymore. Employees are no more valued in this organization and the top management is concentrating only on filling the bellies of top leadership.

They haven’t laid us off when work was slow we just have to go unpaid.

Cons

No good employee perks or benefits. No pay increases in over two years. No bonus offered or any opportunities to make additional money.

Pros

I guess its ok for getting experience in something, but get out ASAP. In the US this place is the Mcdonalds of the IT world, except in California. California minimum wage probably pays more.

Cons

Same pay after years of work, no raises even though they will talk about how much profits they improved QoQ. Terrible pay to begin with compared the industry and other companies. Stay away.
