      Good Work Life Balance / Poor Monetary & Career Growth

      Flexible work timing Good work life balance Cool colleagues Company will not expect you to be an excellent performer technically.

      Cons

      Manager does not understand the value of the employee. Gives good rating and hike to any employee just because he is manager's playmate in carom or table tennis. Worst and dumb HR, you ask one question today and follow up for one month to get an answer from HR. Poor salary hike, always based on BUDGET not on your performance.

      Pros

      good for freshers. You will get good training at Mangalore. Exposure to the big projects if you are in an HP projects.

      Cons

      Night shift, but no compensation in ITO tower. Not good for those who likes to learn new technology and move ahead with greater challenges.

      Join if you are looking for a break from hectic work. Good place if you are looking for support work.

      Cons

      If you are good technically, then think twice before joining. Freshers and junior employees are not treated well. Salary packages are very less compared to the competitors. Overly depended on HP for business.
