It is a good company for top level (Leads) But bad for lower level employees. Top level leads are concentrating only on their growth and they are not discussing about their team members growth. Compensation for employees with in the same company for more years is lesser than those who are coming in to company from other companies.

1. Fake promises 2. Pass outs from topmost colleges were on bench 3. Work given on outdated platform 4. They give speculative information to the employees about their joining location, project etc. However, most of the times their speculation goes wrong and employees suffer 5. Companies stand beside the employees during and after their tenure in the company. This company looks for a reason to fire you. 6. HR will not help you even in the case of medical problems.
