      BEWARE OF MPHASIS.. DONT JOIN

      Pros

      -good salary structure .. everything is fixed -good colleagues ... - not much work pressure - ok timings and good work life balance

      Cons

      - bench policy- you are on bench for 2 months salary half.. .for 4 months out of company. - no projects... HP not giving work to mphasis -BPO kind off culture .. HR policy is laughable -Join this company only if you are directly recruited for a project (tenure more than 2-3 years)...or u endup on bench...n get half salary

      Medical benefits, Management and support services are OK overall.

      Cons

      Senior Management is not experienced and cannot recognize the introvert leaders. Mphasis' non executive leadership team are still an impediment for middle managers to grow.

      1. Management is quite transparent in general information 2. Onsite Opportunities are Ok. But Manager need to be un-biased

      Cons

      1. Management or HR need to take care of Employees benefits and they need to re-look at Compensation and Benefits for Senior/ Long Term Employees. Salary for long timer are stagnant. 2. HR/Admin are not bother about Employee need in facility, security of Employee Vehicles.
