Salary is below average. No training. Disrespectful treatment. No breaks and overtime work. No compensation. A lot of pressure. HR is unhelpful, incompetent and hostile. Employees are treated like slaves. Management is incompetent and busy trying to cover it up to mislead the client and expects their MphasiS employees on site to do the same.

There is a Bench Policy which says if you are on bench for 2 months you salary will reduce to half of CTC and if on bench for 4 months you wont get salary. Since Mphasis does not have much good project so you have to leave the company after a project if you won't get a project with in 2 months. this policy is not written anywhr & they will not tell you about it at time of joining....even no one from managment will talk about it & give you in written,just you will get a call about it if you are on bench. managers behave like jokers, they will treat you like slave. I told about my issues regarding project level politics & all mismanagment to each manager at every level till HR location head & all but i did not get any support & final they screwed me. So please do not see only package offered at the time of joining..see company culture as well before joining..otherwise you will cry afterward. recruiter will make false promises at the time of offer with giving anything in written,so get everything in written before joining....
