      Good Work and Personal Life Balance Flexible office timing

      No Promotion, Buttering works most, No clarity about the change is rule, No clarity about Bonus on what basis It was given last, Attendance and LOB sucks, Managers sucks.

      Good Work Home time balance Management not very micro managerial No Variable pay

      No idea when the policy changes. HR is the most arrogant group. Seems they are the one that brings the revenue and the delivery guys are the beggars waiting for the bread crumbs The CEO took a hike of 30% when the entire company got into a salary freeze. A very bad bench policy was instituted to make the bench guys un-employeed. And still then the CEO says that he is the leader. A leader who gets a 30% hike when all others are going through a period of insecurity and salary freeze.
