      Work Life Balance. is moderate. FeedBack is Timely. Variable Is paid on time and as Company is ding good business, it is always 100%. Timely Communication

      No Growth path defined for good Performing Employee. Promotion is on mecy of Manager. No Techincal Growth as COmpany Doesn't spend on External Company Standard Training. High Skilled people for Low Skilled work, No Respect for Old Empoyee. Small Company Mentality, dependent on mercy of HP for every Project. High Skilled Work is Hard to Fine. all goes to HP
