      Another usual IT firm, very few talented managers and leaders Average pay, more promises that are never fulfilled satisfactory work

      Does not retain talented people, TLs and PMs are dumb, will not work and never let you work Huge promises for promotion that are never done

      The business is good. There are several onsite opportunities. learning opportunities are not bad. The work culture is relaxed and good.

      Cons

      Appreciations for work done is not enough. The salary and benefits package is not satisfactory. Hard working or smart working is not recognised enough.
