      less work pressure no serious checks in login logout times It s purley based on a person 's luck to grow in this company and his managers wish(favourism) GOod for seniours

      Cons

      1)WRONG HR policy(they say winning culture it means for the profit of company,BAD for employees) 2)BAD compensation compard to other comapnies.When asked about a similar issue MR:AYYAr(CEO) said to an employee in an ipen house"Why cant you then join another company" =>ATTITUDE 3)No salray revision for next 2 years 4)No growth of carrer,no recognisation & favourism 5)Company says open door policy,but for 3 years i am able to find only clossed door policy 6)Day by day company becoming cheap in their policies. 7)NEVER start your carrer in MPHASIS(depends)

      Policies which were inherited from Mphasis days are much better than peers.

      Cons

      After HP take over, the employee welfare is least in priority. The management changes direction and priorities every now then.
