No clarity in Bussiness and in TOP management Poltics in all levels No Employee favorable policy Running the company based on the Business provided by HP/EDS No promotions/hikes, have to be in the same level even for 5 yrs Manager gives hikes to employees whom he likes and not for the person who works.

Job Security is good compared to other companies flexible working time arrival of new projects and also many internal openings(many ppl are going out and so many openings coming in)

Cons

No proper salary No hike Sucking the blood of each and every employee politics inside teams and management Still showing recession as a reason for poor hike
