Pros

Good hike for immediate joiners. Professional environment. No friends only colleagues. Good "Brand" clients. Everything is thr apps. Good infrastructure.

Cons

No relevant salary hike from last 2.8 yrs. We have to show offer letter to get hike. 2% after staying for such a long time. No appreciation of work. Managers only talk when it is a utter need and that too on demand. Mphasis is vendor for many of the clients and they just pretend to listen to employee who is suffering. Suddenly you feel important after resignation. No career growth. No release from current project easily even if you complete 2yrs and have opening in other projects. Full exploitation.
