      many of the coworkers were good, barring few exceptions

      no 401k (stripped long time back), no work-life balance, broken communication ladder, insecure managers, no appreciation - be it for payscale or for achievements

      Nothing. Full of fraud and fake people Please don't respond any calls or mails from Mphasis or their resourcing partner KTEK resourcing.

      MPHASIS along with KTEK resourcing are filthy people who make their living by spoiling our hard earned H1B career in the name of employment. They will come up with attractive package, select you , do a H1B transfer in premium processing, and will ask you join on receipt notice. But once they get an RFE, they will never mind you and will not give any proper reply in mails reg your status. Please done fall for their fake promises and spoil your H1B career in US.
